We are pleased to announce that our new RUR 2500 Ultrasharp Plasma Cutting Machine has been delivered and installed and ready for action!

Our old plasma cutting machine had served us faithfully for many years, but the time had come to retire it to the scrapyard and upgrade.

The RUR 2500 Ultrasharp Plasma Cutting Machine is a well proven solution and currently the best-selling machine in its class.

Perfect for high demand production, with an ultrasonically stress relieved frame for added resilience. Digitally synchronised drive units coupled to planetary gear boxes power our twin side rack and pinion units. Every part is precision engineered to high tolerances for a smooth and precise cut.

The RUR 2500 Ultrasharp Plasma Cutting Machine is available with cutting widths from 1,500mm right the way through to 3,000mm and to any customer specified length. The machine can be configured for single plate processing or longer to enable pendulum loading with multiple plates. The machine can be extended in length at any point in the future should production requirements change.

One of the latest enhancements to the RUR 2500 Ultrasharp Plasma Cutting Machine is the high definition plasma cutting process which produces an excellent edge quality but more importantly addresses the issue of hole and slot cutting with high definition plasma. The result is what is classed as ‘bolt ready’ holes with draft angles on internal and external profiles of less than two degrees. This we believe is unique in our market.
